How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you received a tracking number for your parcel in an automatic email. To check the current status of your parcel, please go to the carrier's website and enter the tracking number you received in the appropriate field. There you will find detailed information about the location and status of your order.


All details related to your order were send to you via email by mastery-forge.com. If you do not see such messages in your inbox, verify your SPAM folder, please. In case you need to be contacted, please fill out the contact form.

What methods of payment are available for my order?

Currently, the main method of payment available for your order is payment at the courier when you collect your parcel. Regarding the option to pay by card at the courier, please ask the courier directly before delivering your order, as the availability of this option may depend on the specific courier and their equipment.

What should I do if my parcel has been damaged in transit?

If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage (both packaging and contents) immediately and email them to contact.en@mastery-forge.com In your message, please include your order number and a brief description of the situation. Our team will contact you to determine the next steps and resolve the problem.

What exactly will I receive in my order package?

In your order package you will find: confirmation of your order, an access card to the learning platform and a welcome letter.

How do I start using the educational platform?

To start using the educational platform, go to www.mastery-forge.com. Use the email address assigned to your order as your login. When logging in for the first time, enter the temporary activation code that you will find on the card attached to your order. Once you have successfully logged in, the system will ask you to set your own new password, which you will use for further logins.

How can I activate my account?

In order to do so, please follow these few simple steps:

  • Go to www.mastery-forge.com
  • Select your language in the upper right corner.
  • Click on the purple "Activate the card" button.
  • Enter your login (email address used to place the order) and temporary password (8-digit code received on the card). And click on "Activate".
  • Set up your individual password.

Active account gives you access to educational resources and allows you to reclaim your benefits that you received with your order.


IMPORTANT:
Never share your login details to our platform or any of your accounts with anybody. Always make sure that if you need to submit sensitive information, it is sent to the proper entity that ensures data security and protection.

What is a webinar?

Webinars are a form of online training that you have access to by placing an order. Each time the webinar you have signed up to is available, you will receive information by email.

What steps can I take when I have problems logging into my account on the learning platform?

If you are having problems logging into your education account, please email contact.en@mastery-forge.com.


In the body of your message, describe exactly what problem you are experiencing when trying to log in. Also state whether the problem is with your login (email address) or password, and whether any error messages are appearing. The more details you give us, the faster we can help you solve the problem.


IMPORTANT:
Before you fill out the contact request and request new Temporary Password, pls check the options below:

  • Have you already set up your individual password before?
  • If so, please check the option "Log in" instead of activation.
  • Are you using the same email address that you provided upon placing the order?
  • If not, please use the correct email address as login. E-mail address is the main data we use to recognize your account with.
  • If you want to change your e-mail address please fill out the form.
  • Are you typing the password correctly?
  • Lower/Upper Case is important and there should be no blank spaces.

How do I log into my account?

How do I claim my benefit?

Where can I check the details and type of my benefit?

Upon placing the order we have sent you email with the information on the product purchased and the type and amount of benefit added to the order.

What is a wallet, and how can I set one up?

An electronic wallet is used to store, send and receive cryptocurrencies. Therefore, in order to reclaim/claim the benefit, we will ask you to provide the receiving address of your wallet. There are many types of wallets - both hardware and online wallets that can be used through online platforms or applications.


The choice and creation of a wallet is up to you.

How long will I have to wait to receive my benefit?

In order to reclaim/claim your benefit, you have to submit your application and pass the verification process (i.eg. provide necessary data and follow the instructions).
