All about personal data

Providing personal data and sending documents is required for security reasons. Additionally, we are legally required to verify your identity in order to fulfill the obligations imposed by the anti-money laundering regulations (such as AML and KYC procedure).

You will be asked to submit your ID and Proof of Residence via the appropriate form.

To make changes to your personal data, please send an email to doc@mf24office.com. In the body of your message, please describe exactly what data you wish to change. Depending on the type of change, we may ask you to provide additional documents proving your identity and the validity of your data. Upon receipt of your request, our team will verify your request and inform you of the next steps.

If you want to:

• delete your personal data,
• opt-out of the marketing contact,
• opt-out of telephone contact,
• withdraw from e-mail contact,

fill out the form withdrawal of consents granted.

To withdraw your data processing consents, please complete the dedicated contact form available LINK. Once completed and submitted, your request will be forwarded to the relevant department and processed in accordance with our procedures.

Of course, it is possible to change the e-mail address assigned to your account. To do so, please send an e-mail to doc@mf24office.com. In the body of the message, please provide your current e-mail address assigned to your account and the new e-mail address to which you wish to change it. Depending on security procedures, we may ask you to provide additional data to verify your identity. Once we have received your request, our team will process it and inform you of the change.
